We used Raggae Tours to transport us to and from the Grand Palladium Hotel which is a ways away from the Montego Bay Airport we flew into. Our drivers Havian and Dadell were both excellent drivers and shows us a lot of things and gave us a lot of tips about things to do and try in Jamaica. Both of them offered to stop and detour to places if we wanted. I cannot say enough good things about how well we were treated. Our flight was delayed several hours and they waited patiently for us to get there. The check-in lady at the airport, the reservation people, and everyone were beyond wonderful to work with. The cars were nice. I would definitely recommend them, and I will use them again next time I go back to Jamaica! Also - they, along with everywhere we went in Jamaica, followed Covid safety measures.

My husband and I recently used Reggae Tours for private transportation from Montego Bay to our hotel in Negril. We were nervous about Covid safety and protocols but Reggae Tours had it all going on. Our driver Davell Aidan Vassell was excellent. He wore a mask the entire time from pick up to drop , and was professional yet very friendly. The car was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely use Reggae Tours again for Airport Transfers - and request Davell as our driver.

We have been using Reggae Tours for all of our private transfers & Island excursions since 2005. We have always been very pleased with their services and our recent transfers to/from Negril were no exception! The entire team is pleasant, professional, prompt and extremely reliable.
