Escape the ordinary, just 8 miles from the French Quarter! Relax and leave your cares behind while you explore the lake side of New Orleans on a private 2 hour sail. Hop aboard a 47' luxury Beneteau sailboat called "Roux Stir", named for our love of a heartwarming New Orleans gumbo. Maximum 6 guests please.

Once onboard, all guests receive complimentary white wine, local craft beer, and light snacks. Listen to the boat glide through the water or enjoy your favorite tunes via Spotify.

Enjoy a 2 hour invigorating sail on the Southshore of historic & expansive Lake Pontchartrain, where you may spot a brown pelican flying overhead, and see the longest bridge in the world over water, the Causeway.

Captain Doug, a local New Orleanian with a passion for sailing, will ensure your safety. All proper safety equipment, life vests, and clean restrooms onboard.

Captain Doug & his daughter were nothing short of amazing! They were both very attentive and knowledgeable. We highly recommend this sunset sail for anyone who likes to sail.

The trip was so relaxing! The views were amazing. I loved seeing the pelicans and sunset over NOLA. Doug and Rena are a lot of fun and the pictures taken provide such a nice souvenir of the event. I highly recommend.

It was absolutely delightful. Highlight of our trip. Doug and Rena are a very engaging, interesting, super attentive and fun couple. Trip itself was like checking into paradise for couple of hours. Afterwards we felt so exhilarated. We would do this tour again when we return to NO. Highly recommend it.
