When we arrived at the airport, we were asked to call to get the driver to the pickup point. This was quite difficult as we had a non-US mobile. However, a friendly traveller at the airport let me use his phone. Once I got through the operator confirmed the car was outside and when we went out the airport we saw the car arrive. The stretch limo was amazing with plenty of water and a very friendly and professional driver. I would definitely recommend them.

The driver was perfectly nice but I was very disappointed there was no carseat we requested and double checked we would have - it made me nervous the entire ride for my 3 year old and therefore the experience wasn't what I hoped it would be. They said they had to switch limos because our flight was delayed 45 minutes and they forgot the carseat in the other limo.
