Nice car communication terrible & the man driving didn’t even talk to us except when he picked us up & dropped us off . It felt a very long & quiet ride . Would have been nice to point out a few things about where we were .

We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced with our chauffeur on your recent airport transfer. Our goal is always to provide an exceptional experience with our service. Aside from airport transfers, we also offer city tour rides with a tour guide. I saw you experienced that with us on 5/10/23 with Laurie, our tour guide. Our chauffeurs understand international travelers how lengthy their flights are and how exhausted they might be, but again we strive to make our customers happy. Our chauffeur would welcome a request to point out landmarks along the route, but they won't volunteer to do so, especially on airport arrival transfer, in case passengers won't appreciate it. Please accept our apology for the miscommunication, and hopefully, you will give us another chance to make it up. We appreciate your feedback, and we hope we answered you correctly.
