This service worked EXACTLY as advertised and I got what I paid for. The driver met me at the curb not inside the airport. The car was a beat-up 8-year-old minivan not a fancy black limo. I was the solo passenger not a shared van. The service did not include tolls 28 tolls for one-way from LGA to EWR. BONUS: The driver graciously accommodated my special request to drop me off at the Doubletree Newark Airport Hotel instead of at the airport itself. All I had to do was enter the hotel's street address into his cell phone's GPS!

Straightforward - shuttle had our name in the window which was helpful since our driver didn't speak English. FYI - toll was $33 and he recommended an $18 tip. Quick and efficient.

If you have a tight schedule and a lot of luggage, this is worth doing - otherwise it's probably just as easy and possibly cheaper to hire a taxi. There was some slight confusion as to the pickup point when we arrived at the airport but was quickly sorted out. The vehicle and trip were very comfortable. Airport to airport service without any hassles.
