Alan from elite limo was great. He contacted me prior to our trip and was in contact with us the entire time until he picked us up. He was right on time, handled everything and dropped us right off at the hotel. Ride was nice and safe!

Cancel on the day we were due to arrive, one hour before we boarded out flight. They had taken the money from my account and then messaged last minute. Absolutely appalling and do not recommend

There was a huge mixup at airport. Driver went to international terminal and was expecting us a passport control even though our flight was Nashville to jfk. Support from Viator was speedy and professional. They rearranged another driver who picked us up in less than 30 minutes.
