I came to NYC with 6 other family members, and using this shuttle was great! I was a little nervous on how the communication would go between me and the drivers but I had no issues at all. I recommend using this service.

The driver never corresponded at my pickup time. Called an hour later. I had to find another ride and I am sure I won’t get a refund. There was no excuse for this. He had my phone number to tell me if any delays. I called customer service and they put me on hold for 46 minutes and never returned on the call. I will never use this service again for transportation!!!!

We are truly sorry for this horrible experience you had. It's completely unacceptable that the driver didn't show up on time and didn't communicate with you. We understand your frustration about having to find another ride and worrying about the refund. And that long wait on hold with customer service just made it all worse. Driver was very kind. He did not speak English, but communicated well on WhatsApp. Car was clean and music was good and he was very kind helping us get to the hotel in a timely manner because my husband was not feeling well.
