By far the best surfing experience we've had thus far. Reservation process was smooth & easy. The reservationist's was very knowledgeable with best times & days. Of course surf is always changing but her recommendation were very helpful. When we arrived at the surf van the instructors were nice & friendly. Made us feel welcomed. Once we were out on the water our instructors knew their stuff we were up & surfing in no time. Best crew best company! highly recommend if you are ever on the bid island.

They showed up 30 minutes late, blaming a road detour that we also had to take, which added 5 minutes total to the trip. When we tried calling multiple times to figure out where to meet, nobody answered (our hotel couldn’t reach them either). We booked a private lesson for one, temporarily changed it to a semi-private for two, and then dropped it back down to one before the lesson due to a re-agitated knee injury from earlier in the year. They refused to charge us for the actual lesson they gave, even though the number of instructors (1) and time spent (1.5h) was the exact same, i.e., they just took another $150 for doing nothing. There are plenty of surf lesson places in the area. Would look elsewhere.
