The tour was fun. Even for my 10 and 13 year old. Great history great learning about the show before you see the show. Showed up a bit early and had a good size crowd. Beautiful landmark in nyc.

TripAdvisor would not work with us. We had some travel issues and could not experience the Radio Music Hall tour on Dec. 18th. We did not ask for a refund, we ask to reschedule the next day or the next day, before leaving New York. They took our money and said no can do! I will never use them again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone!
