READ THIS & SAVE MONEY! Nevada State Law requires you to wear a helmet when riding a motorcycle or motorcycle trike, there is no helmet law for the Slingshot type vehicle - I was informed by Las Vegas Metro helmet not required because there is a steering wheel, yet for safety reasons they "suggest" wearing one, I asked can you get a ticket when you ride a Slingshot without helmet - They said "NO". If you choose the Slingshot over the trike, the tour guide will tell you otherwise & will charge you an "upcharge" as they term it of $50, not included in the tour price and another $10 for a .99 cent cheap bandana because of Covid (your hair touching their inner linning of helmets). Being a 30 year rider a movie stunt driver, I had my own clean quality riding bandana's for wife & I and choosing the Slingshot I knew I need not wear a helmet. Because I asked him about using my own quality bandana he immediately snapped at me & said I was being a problem for him and was labled a problem, I was holding back asking about why wear a helmet, he probably would of cancelled my wife & I at it was her birthday. I did ask about signaling, he replied, "there would be no need to & don't worry", lol you do need to signal so ignore that. Besides he drives in front what would he know. When your labled don't have him take your pictures when he will ask, every picture (4) on my phone were crooked. Have other people on tour do it and don't waste your time deleting. The tires on all vehicle are balled and we actually slid the back end on a right turn coming back. If you are going to do this tour bring your own helmet regardless, I do recommend the slingshot over the trike because it's comfortable has a usb radio and a front windshield & large glove box. Just don't question the helmet law & pay the extra $60 each - you don't want to be labled a problem or told if you don't like it "No tour for you"! I recommend do not be the driver behind the tour SUV you follow be 3rd or mid, do not volunteer to be in the back you will have to monitor the tour from the back & operating a radio, just enjoy the tour, he should hire help to ride the back & not have tour guest work for free, I would ask if I was in the back to waive my $60 upcharge..lol unless you like to work for free and be hit with hidden upcharges then have fun. We got their early & waited in front of shop with another couple & had to walk the building to find him, he was sarcastic by insinuating we were ignorant. We are from Hawaii so we suck it up and can only wish him Aloha.
Aloha

We’re so glad that the ride was cool and nice for you. We require all 3 wheel vehicles to wear a helmet. Although all the helmets are sanitized after each use we also require a new bandana to be used under the helmets. The price is $10 not $60. Some people choose to upgrade to a slingshot for an additional charge. When it comes to pictures, we take them as a courtesy to our guests and many are angle shots.
We have a perfect safety record and find that unfortunately although we try, we cannot please everyone. Our reviews show that we usually succeed. Our goal is always to provide a safe, fun, and memorable experience. Thank You.
