This tour is designed for cruise ship passengers who are looking for an Alaskan excursion that is off the beaten path. We’ll depart Icy Strait Point and drive through the Alaska Native Tlingit village of Hoonah before merging onto old logging roads that will take us to a remote river. During the car ride and along the river it is common to spot wildlife- the island has more brown bears per square mile than almost anywhere else on the planet.

We had a great adventure with Natalie. She was a consummate professional and exceeded our expectations. Her knowledge of the best places to catch fish coupled together with excellent equipment made it a once in a lifetime experience. She took us to places not accessible to the typical cruise ship excursions. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a 5 Star fishing experience.

Our fishing excursion with Natalie from Nat-ventures out of Icy Strait Point, Alaska, was the highlight of our entire trip! Natalie was an incredible guide, making the experience both fun and educational. My 7-year-old son and I had an absolute blast catching salmon and trout, thanks to her expert advice and hands-on assistance. Natalie’s passion for fishing and her deep knowledge of the area made the trip truly special. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide or a more memorable adventure.
