We prebooked our tickets on trip advisor and avoided the ticket lineup. Two cruise ships in town meant there were lots of passengers and line ups. Apparently all trolleys were on the road and the guides said they had never seen it that busy. That being said we only waited for one trolley although our friends got off at one stop and waited for five. No one got off for fear of not getting back on. Of course it calmed down after lunch. This tour had a live commentary by the driver Andrew who was excellent! Lots of information presented in a personal and funny way. It took us everywhere we wanted to see and more. The trolley stops at Old Town and you had to get off the trolley and get on another. No waiting though if you didn't want to wander around. There was an option to go directly back to the ship if you wanted or continue on the trolley. Friendly and informative staff. Would highly recommend this tour

The guides were great. Each had their own personality to enrich the rides. Trolleys came every 20 minutes and we didn’t have to wait long. I’d advise people to buy tickets in advance as there were 2 cruise ships in town and tickets sold out by 10:30. !! The pickup was a 4 minute walk from our ship. Easy to navigate. Would highly recommend.

Benjamin was great. He knew the city, fun facts, and history. He was fun and kept us engaged. I could ride with him all day!!! Definitely worth it to hop on and off in various locations and explore.
