The drivers: Ed, James and Chris were knowledgeable about San Diego and kept a good narrative going that kept my interest. It was a long walk to and from the trolley stop to the zoo. It's unfortunate that the trolley can't get closer to the actual zoo entrance. I had an incident when purchasing my zoo tickets, but the vendor quickly resolved the issue and made it right.

Entertaining drivers/commentary. People that worked the stops are very nice and friendly. They all are very proud of the trolley tours. Don’t have to wait very long for trolleys.
