We booked the package of the bike tour & Alcatraz tour. Very good value for money for two days activities. Guides were very well informed & very patient for the slower cyclists. They also was very careful with cars & traffic. A very enjoyable way to see the sights of San Fran & I would recommend it.

I'm sad to say that we were unable to take advantage of Bike & View. I made a reservation with them online because the the great reviews and best price. Unfortunately my son and I got sick and we had to cancel at the last moment. The website and fine print list a $15/person administrative fee for cancellations within 24 hours of the rental period, which I was not very excited about, but we were sick. I sent an email to the shop (couldn't leave a voicemail on their answering machine for some reason), and went back to bed. Later in the day, found a reply saying they were sorry to hear about our illness, hope we were well soon, and not to worry about the cancellation fee. I'll definitely look them up next time we're in San Francisco.

We rented bikes from here to tour around San Fran after walking Lombard St. The shop is small and easy to walk by but the owner was great and provided well-working bikes with lots of great advice.
