The trip went off the wire when we were left standing at the Ghirardelli stop. We called and were told we could want back to fisherman’s wharf or wait on the 3:10 bus which finally showed up at 3:29. We tried to contact the company again but after calling 10 times they would not answer. We ended up not being able to get off at Golden Gate Park due to time restraints. They finally did respond d to my message and told me the blue angels being there caused delays. We would have possibly made other arrangements had we known this would be the case. No amount of refund was offered just an excuse for why they were late. No excuse given for being left standing at a designated stop as it rolled by Big bus tour may be better option

we were thinking about a future visit to San Francisco looking at some options. Our grandson accidentally booked this tour at a rate of $260. When we found out within 15 minutes we tried to get a hold of Viator and asked for a refund. we tried to call their phone number. No one would answer and we only were able to leave a message. We also tried to reach them by email. hours later the only reply we got was a refusal to return our money. I highly recommend never using this company or the hop on hop off bus, since we were never in San Francisco or had intentions are using their bus, we thought it was only right that they give us our money back

The buses are dated and are not equipped with headphones. At times it was difficult to hear the tour operator. The tour operator also used profanity which was offensive and unprofessional.
