We met the owner of the company at their new shop and he was fascinating to talk to. If you want a gimmicky tour this is not the tour for you. If you want history and true knowledge of Savannah past and it’s ghost sightings than this is up your alley. Tony was our tour guide, he had knowledge about each place we stopped at plus other places along the route. Getting to use the paranormal equipment was a neat experience and made the tour stand out from other groups. Would definitely recommend and would use again. Especially the Savannah theater option.

Anthony was an excellent tour guide! My family had an amazing time looking through the previous evidence and speaking to ghosts. He was very knowledgeable, informative, well-spoken, and inclusive. He allowed us to be skeptical by sharing both sides of the story. 10/10 will recommend!

We enjoyed our ghost tour experience with one of the owners, Mike Eder, as our guide. He was so knowledgeable and personable, and such a great communicator that we learned historical facts as well as scientific information related to paranormal investigation. This company stands out from the rest of the ghost tour companies because each guest gets to be an investigator as they use equipment such as Thermal Cameras, 4K Night Vision Cameras, EMF Detectors and Digital voice recorders. It was raining lots the night of our tour, but that just added to the creepy effect. The last stop of our tour was the Historic Savannah Theatre, where many people were meeting to investigate super late at night!
