Based on reviews was looking forward to this tour. It was meh. Tour guide started by telling us he was new to Savannah. He seemed like he was maybe into ghost hunting, but didn’t get too much into the “science” behind it beyond explaining what the tech did. This is a heat camera, this audio picks up noises that are usually not heard, etc. He did plenty of eye rolling at the other tours in the area. His presentation style was very dry. Was hoping for something SCARY or CREEPY. Got neither.

Sorry you thought our tour was dull. We try not to go overboard with theatrics. We prefer our tour guides to be more like a friend showing you around town. Our stories are not made up or exaggerated. We stay true to the original history of the city. So when we're looking for spirits. We're actually looking for figures of what they might actually look like and asking the right questions to try and contact them. We think the history of the city is pretty creepy. I guess we just scary easier than you. Thank you for taking our tour though. We do have a 3 hour paranormal investigation of the Savannah theatre that might be more your style. Please give us a call next time you're in savannah and we'll make it up to you.

Definitely would recommend this experience to anyone who’s remotely interested. We had some reservations but it ended up being one of the most amazing experiences I’ve ever had and was definitely the highlight of our trip! We did this as a surprise for the bride on a Bachelorette trip. She loves anything to do with hauntings and ghosts but not everyone in our group shares that enthusiasm. One girl in particular was very apprehensive and unsure about even doing it. John and Mike made extra effort to ensure she was comfortable the whole time. While some how also not making the other more adventurous ones feel held back. It was really impressive how they accommodated everyone’s comfort level. And by the end of the night the one who didn’t want to go was the one who was talking the most about all that happened and how cool it was. At first I thought 3 hours was going to be way too long but it really flew by! We actually ended up staying longer than the time frame. The thing I didn’t take into account was learning about all the equipment and then doing a historical tour to learn all the stories behind the hauntings. Which were essential to getting the most out of the experience. And as for the experience, it was absolutely hands down one of the most awesome things I’ve ever done. Walking tours are great for learning about the stories and history but this is actually getting to interact with the spirits. It’s a truly unique experience and I promise you will not regret it!

Thanks for having an amazing night!! The Savannah Theatre is definitely one of the best places in the country to investigate. Once the lights go out it takes on a whole different persona. We always make sure everyone is comfortable at all times. You're right though some people are hesitant but end up being the ones at the end that don't want to leave. This place will definitely turn skeptics into believers.

Our tour guide, Anthony, was excellent. He presented the material in a thoughtful manner and conveyed stories in a way that allowed us to form our own opinions on the validity of the paranormal evidence. Tony pointed out suspected hauntings that had little hard evidence, versus other hauntings with significant evidence. His passion about the subject was clearly displayed and his recommendations regarding how we should react to and interact with what we were about to experience inspired us to treat the possibilities with respect and empathy. Coolest part of this tour was the ability to use paranormal detection equipment. I'm a believer in spirits that are having trouble moving on, and this experience only solidified my beliefs. If you are on the fence or a non-believer, the detection devices will leave you questioning your current stance. Anthony didn't rush us, allowing time to investigate, while still moving things along. Make sure you wear good walking shoes and pre-hydrate if it's a humid night. Highly recommend this tour. Certainly got our money's worth!

Thank you so much for having such a great time!! We take pride in our knowledge of the true haunted history of Savannah. Also, the way we investigate. There are so many different theories about the paranormal and we get to test them out nightly. Not only around town but in the Savannah theatre as well.
