This Sea Dragon Airboat Safari is among the most exciting fresh water tours that Florida has to offer. Experience the freshwater tributaries along the beautiful and historic St Johns River. Observe various freshwater wildlife and vegetation that include American Alligators, Turtles, Reptiles, West Indian Manatees, Bald Eagles, Blue/Gray Herons, Egrets, Wild Boar, Deer, Cypress Trees, Lily Pads, and other wildlife and vegetation that inhabit the banks of our freshwater rivers and creeks. This tour is approximately 1.5 hour(s) in duration, and include a thrilling ride through parts of Trout Creek, Six Mile Creek, and the Bayard Conservation Area which are all located in the western most side of St. Augustine/St. Johns County.

We took the Saturday morning airboat tour along with another couple. From the moment we arrived until departing after the tour, everything was extremely well -presented - plus Captain Justin was ideal. He was personable, humorous, well-informed and confident in his ability to handle the 14-passenger airboat. The introductory talk was fun and original. The recorded narration played perfectly through our headphones and the musical track matched the journey perfectly. When John Anderson's "Seminole Wind" first mentioned "a cypress stump" we bumped across a cypress stump. Visually, the tour is beautiful and mixed with history, critters, and ghost stories, it has something for everyone. Plus, the exhilarating speed across the water and occasional sharp turns makes it an unforgettable adventure. Highly recommended!

We followed instructions in the email which said to put a fish camp and marina in your gps instead of an address. Usually, this is done because the address doesn’t work well. This took us to the wrong fish camp. The tour guide was short with us and told us to be there in 2 minutes, which was impossible. The owner was polite, but did not offer a refund although they have people on “standby”, and we did not have to pay to reserve so we wouldn’t have been out any money. However, we had every intention of going so I pre-paid. They were not accommodating at all. Our parents own a condo here and in-laws as well, so we were hoping for lots of adventures. Bottom line to others…put the address in your GPS, not the Fish Camp.

Hello Frank, we are so sorry that you did not show up for your tour, we believe you would have thoroughly enjoyed it had you made it. Just like our confirmation letter states, our tours depart from “Trout Creek Fish Camp/Marina”. You are correct that there are other businesses with the words “Fish Camp” in there name, wish that you had followed the directions to Trout Creek Fish Camp as opposed to St Augustine Fish Camp. Nevertheless, it is true, we do not offer refunds for “No Shows”. We wish you all the best! Sea Serpent Tours
