We had a rainy day, and I reached out 2 hours prior to the show time and never received a response regarding if the cruise was still on or not. We went down to the dock at show time and nobody was there, and then we called and they apologized and didn’t know why no one reached out to let us know if it was canceled or not but they made sure we got a refund.

Seeing the dolphins and a beautiful sunset. Nice ocean breeze but a little too crowded. The coastline homes were beautiful.

So the cruise was great. Anything where we get to see the sunset is amazing. Someone lost their hat and we went back for it which was pretty comical. Things I think can be improved upon? One of the operators asked me when I got up to the steps if I knew where I was sitting? I said no I wasn’t aware there were assigned seats. He was rude about it. I didn’t appreciate it. Also, we were going to tip anyways bc we always do? But why aren’t your employees paid a regular wage? Why are they depending on us to tip them after we already paid for the trip? It wasn’t an informative cruise where they were giving us an actual tour? So why depend on us to tip? Otherwise the experience was good. Would do it again.
