Tajna wycieczka po Kauai

Przegląd
No two days are the same on this adventure, as each experience is uniquely crafted based on weather, conditions, and your preferences. With only one main road on the island, you’ll have the option to explore either the West & South or East & North sides during our time together. Most days, I guide guests through the stunning landscapes of Waimea Canyon, but the choice is yours!

Each tour is designed to be flexible, allowing for surprise stops and spontaneous moments. There’s no set itinerary, but plenty of adventure awaits!

Park Stanowy Waimea Canyon

This is a must do if you’re visiting Kauai. We had a wonderful guide called Simon who was very knowledgeable and gave us a really great insight into this beautiful island. The views at Waimea Canyon are breathtaking and Simon knew the best lookout spots. We loved this trip and Simon was brilliant and also gave us a great tip for good ice cream!!

DJ was our guide for the day. This guy was awesome. His knowledge of Kauai and Hawaii in general was outstanding. I could say for sure, no way would we have gotten this type of tour from a big bus tour company. We had an amazing time with DJ. He was informative and extremely flexible with our day. He took us to those little spots not everyone knows about. We highly recommend this company and be sure to ask for DJ.

We decided at the last minute to book a jeep tour of Kauai. We are glad that we did. The day before our tour, our guide Simon confirmed the pick-up location and time. The next morning he showed up on time with fresh fruit and water. Before heading out he asked if we had any "must see" places. Because we had not toured Kauai before, we left it to him to decide where we would go. For the next 5 hours Simon took us to the Waimea Canyon Lookout, Pu U Hinahina Lookout, and the Kalalau Lookout - where we hoped to hike. Unfortunately, heavy fog rolled in eliminating visibility and our chances of seeing anything on the hike. So, Simon took us to Polihale State Park where we walked a stunningly beautiful and somewhat secluded beach frequented mostly by locals. We drove by the largest coffee plantation in Hawaii. We stopped for photos of Waipoo Falls and Wailua Falls - both spectacular! We skipped a lunch break to spend more time sightseeing and learning about the island. We had a great day with Simon. Lots of laughs! At one of the stops a couple celebrating their 50th anniversary approached us to inquire about places to visit. When we introduced our "son" Simon to them, he went right along and gave them several great ideas for their trip. He made our day very enjoyable. At the end of our tour, Simon recommended Duke's for lunch and kindly chauffeured us there. It did not disappoint - great food and drinks right at the beach! Here are a couple of things to note: The tour is 5 hours, not 6. No worries - we saw a lot in the time that we had and never felt rushed or short changed. The jeep is new and comfortable - a very capable vehicle for the terrain that we experienced. But who buys a new jeep without power windows and door locks;-) ? Just to be clear - this was an excellent tour with a great guide who is friendly, knowledgeable, flexible, funny, and kind. We highly recommend Simon and this tour.
