May was a really good guide and the Segway tour was fun. We went on a very hot day so the breeze provided by driving a Segway felt good. PLEASE NOTE to anyone going--there is a front pack on the Segway BRING WATER!! I was parched and dying of thirst after 90 minutes.

Robert, the tour guide, is a former teacher of MS students. His knowledge of S.A. is EXCELLENT! From sights to parking to eateries ... Robert was most helpful. Safety training was thorough and cordial (my 2nd Segway tour). This regional Segway operator is EXCELLENT! Price was reasonable too. CHECK for a Groupon at least 1 week ahead of time and save even more $$$.

I booked this activity for my sister and I on the spur of the moment. I was a bit skeptical about riding the segway, but it turned out to be the easiest thing ever!! Our guide was May and she was a FANTASTIC teacher and an even better guide. We spent about 5 minutes learning to ride and were off on our adventure. We had the 1700 time slot and i was concerned that it would be ridiculously hot, this was on 6/30 in San Antonio, but it was not bad at all. Once you are rolling and have the breeze, we were all happy as clams. May always made sure we stopped and had plenty of shade available and time to drink some water whenever we needed it. She new all the sites and stories about everything that was going on downtown. If you are considering this ride, the segways are the way to go. You get around quick and get to see quite a bit more than you might see on foot. The segways are fun and super simple to ride. You'll be a pro in minutes. May was an OUTSTANDING teacher and guide. I would recommend this to anyone. We are already talking about doing it again and bringing more family and friends next time!!!
