We were not very adept and the pavement was wet so the instructor decided it was not safe for us to continue. We appreciated his honesty, friendliness and concern.

We arrive and there’s bo tour guide and the door is locked. I call the number and they write down my concern and someone gets back to me. The manager then calls me and says he is sending a guide because trip Advisor messed up our reservation and had moved it to the following day. He contacted Joseph on his day off who agreed to come do the tour. Joseph was an awesome tour guide and made what we thought was going to be a one start experience a five star experience. I can not say enough great things on how he made us forget about the delay and made our friend’s such a memorable experience! Did I mention he’s a great photographer??Thank you Joseph!
