My wife and I and another couple recently took the Seven Canyons tour and were pleasantly surprised with just how much fun it was. We rescheduled our tour to later in the day due to morning rain and cold but it was not much better at the new time so we did not have high expectations.
That quickly changed when we met our guide Lea who was wonderful and made all the difference. We had a blast bumping and banging over rough trails that provided great views of vegetation, flood washes and mountains.
Everything was made so much more enjoyable due to Lea's energy and enthusiasm. She was extremely knowledgeable and gave us good insights into what we were seeing and their conditions due to floods, erosion, droughts etc. She also provided excellent background info on wildlife and the history of the area helping us appreciate it all the more.
She was very helpful in recommending other points of interest for us too which we followed up on and she did not let us down.
Her friendliness, energy and love of her job made what could have been an unpleasant outing turn into a fantastic time for us. I highly recommend this tour and be sure to ask for Lea as your guide, you won't be disappointed.
