My husband and I came to Seward for our anniversary and the hosts up-graded us to a private cabin. We were very happy with the comfortable bed, soft cozy towels and privacy of the King cabin. We stayed two nights and wished it could have been more.
This location is great for traveling into town or going on up to do the glacier for a day hike. We are already planning another stay with them in Seward.

Elyssa was a wonderful tour guide. We got to hold the puppies, take a ride with the slde dogs, ate a delicious lunch, and hike to Exit Glacier. I highly recommend this tour.
The Seaveys are true professionals.

We had an amazing time on our "Real Alaska tour" organized thru Seavey's Idadarod travel company. It was really neat to help train their dogs by going on a summer dogsled ride. Learning the history behind the sport and speaking with many mushers and trainers was also very informative. These are a neat group of people and very humorous. Elyssa was our guide and was excellent! The trip to the Exit Glacier was also fun. We walked the border path. It's concerning to see how much the glacier has melted/moved since 2010. I highly recommend The Real Alaska tour.
