Best experience ever, the driver john was great ,he took a lot of pictures,we were very close to the hollywood,got to see and learn a lot about LA. Thank you and we will be back for sure

MacGregor/our guide was friendly and was willing to wait and help us when we were late. He was trying really hard, but was new. The driving was too fast for the narrow and winding hills of hollywood. My family and I all felt sick. Also the air conditioning was weak and so loud we could only hear about 50% in the back of the eight seat van. Our guide had a lot of info, but the views were a little obstructed in the van. There were only 2 stops.. at the hollywood sign and the Beverly Hills sign. Stops at shops/cafes would have been nice. Room temperature waters and pretzel/Oreos/gummy snacks were offered.

Dear Sarah, I must say that we are quite stunned by your review. The fact is that your husband told the driver to leave as you and your family were late and he'd catch up after parking the car with a Uber. The other passengers were kind enough not to complain as they had to wait for him for 30 minutes at the Hollywood sign. I do not understand how you could expect the entire experience and all the stops if we've already wasted 30 min waiting for your husband to meet the rest of the tour. It is understandable that your driver did his best to make up for the time wasted by going a little faster than usual to still offer the best he could in the 3 hr window given to him. Which could mean giving up on one of the stops. As for the AC situation, you could have just told the driver that it was too loud and he would have lowered it. Our tour is designed to be intimate as it is only a small of 8 people in each van, which makes it easy to communicate with the driver. The itinerary is also laid out in the description so I find it hard to understand why you expected a stop at shops/cafes, knowing that we started on the walk of fame where those are to be found. It sounds to me like your driver did his best to accommodate you while respecting the time frame given to him for the tour. Things could have been handled better I assume with a bit of communication. But given the circumstances and context, I do not know how he could have done better. Either go slow and skip a lot of the tour which is not fair for the others that also paid or go a little faster (which made you sick and we apologize for that) and try to show you as much as he can. There is no right choice, either one is bad. He did the best he could. Although such a review makes it sound like we are not even performing a service deserving enough of a better rating despite the circumstances, we do appreciate your feedback. Thankfully, we could give our side of the story to give a bit more context. Kind regards

Vince made my trip worth it! Great time in the city and most definitely recommend that view of the Hollywood sign! They had snacks for us, water and charging cables. You guys rock! Thank you so much!
