We booked a Lunch cruise through viator. Spirit of Boston tour but when we reached at the pier for boarding, the tour had been canceled without any intimation.!!
Ruined our whole trip as it was too late to get another cruise with other company.
We weren't the only ones, two more persons were victims like us
Viator didn't inform us in ANYWAY via email, phone, or text.
We paid 16$ for parking on the pier which went to total waste.
Asking for a refund now!!
