Since we had a 25% coupon, we decided to do the sky jump. We entered the Stratosphere and immediately went to the box office to pay. We were told to go upstairs, follow to the left and we will see the Sky Jump entrance 3 doors down. Went inside, showed them the coupon and were told to go to the ticket counter located on the same floor, to redeem the coupon. We reserved our spots to jump and headed to the ticket counter. We waited in line, then were told to go back to the sky jump entrance 3 doors down to redeem coupon. Now, getting fustrated, we headed back to the sky jump for the 3rd time. We complained to the young lady that we have been sent back and forth and they keep sending us back here to redeem the coupons. She immediately got on the phone to call the manager on duty. She told us to go the main floor, where we first started, and speak to Litsa (spelling?). She will be there waiting to take care of us. We get to the box office counter and waited for her. A lady who looked like a manager finally appeared, we asked her if she was Litsa since we didn't see a name tag. Told her that the young lady upstairs called her to speak to us. Her response, "I'm helping a customer right now, go ahead and stand in line." STAND IN LINE?! She was called to help us directly after being sent every which way to redeem the coupons that we received there. So having a reservation to do the jump, being called directly to help us, sending us all over the place and wasting 30 minutes of our time means nothing to these people. Never again will I come to this hotel. We canceled our hotel stay here and decided to stay somewhere else.
