The safety checks by staff at multiple times before the jump is unparalleled. Firstly, with the medical questions, I advised I was Type 1 diabetic and was cleared to jump. 3 of us jumped and boy was we brave! Absolutely thrilling experience, and one I wished we’d done at the start of our trip rather than a couple of hours before our return journey to the airport, as we’d have loved to return at the night time to repeat our jump with the bright night lights in front of us. Hugely recommend to any thrill seekers out there.

The jump was awesome. The staff are extremely professional in handling the equipment required for the jump. My only hang up on 5 stars...Viator overcharged $40 for the jump.

They canceled 2 nights in a row. The fist cancellation was for wind. The second was for shortage of staff. The second time they canceled was the night before we left which was in the morning. They take so long to give a refund and would not answer calls. They were very rude about it also.
