Our tourguide, Mat (I hope I remember his name correct) was really kind, really funny and had great stories. He was kind and took care of us. He drived the car softly. The places we visited was awesome and inretesting. So the tour was ok! The only problem I had is that we did not get e-mail, or aby warning that the tour starts 30 mins. earlier, and therefore we missed it and had to postpone it next day. Therefore we had extra outcomes (whole day parking fee and the gas we needed for get to Dallas from Denton)

Tour guide was good - office was not. gave us wrong directions and we missed our initial tour to Fort Worth and Dallas. advised we could get on another one, exactly the same, but it was only Dallas. to date, yet to provide a refund on half the trip we missed. disappointed.

Excellent guide. Fun stops and lots of interesting information. Especially enjoyed the cowboy art in Fort Worth.
