Tour the Florida Bay looking for dolphins and manatees while listening to an overview of the Florida Keys ecosystem.

In an effort to reduce the amount of single-use plastic that ends up in our oceans, we recommend bringing a reusable water bottle. We have water coolers in our shop and on our boats for your convenience! We also have a cooler stocked with ice, so feel free to bring any other snacks or drinks.

Really enjoyed our tour with Chris. My only complaint was that we had been assured we would have shade, and because they had a boat issue, we ended up with a boat with only two seats in the shade and the other two tourists took them. Enjoyed learning about the ecosystem here in the Keys, and Chris was able to answer all of our questions.

Thanks for leaving us 5 stars. We apologize for the shade situation. Sometimes boats break and we need to use a different vessel than planned. Again we apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate you taking the time to leave us 5 stars.

The boat captain was very nice. She didn’t know we were expecting to see manatee and/or dolphins. Also, they don’t provide bottled water as advertised. It was a nice slow pontoon ride and we learned some interesting facts. Overpriced for what it is.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry that you didn't get to see any dolphins or manatees on your tour. As they are wild animals, we cannot guarantee where they will be on any given day. We do not provide water bottles, as we are a Blue Star Operator and committed to reducing single-use plastic. We do provide a water coolor on board all of our boat so that guests will always have access to water. Unfortunately, TripAdvisor/ Viator doesn't give us a way to specify our water situation.

Enjoyable boat ride and friendly staff, but that’s about it. I know seeing wildlife is hit and miss, but we also didn’t learn anything at all about the area, any historical or interesting facts, etc. Maybe a couple of restaurant suggestions, but that was it. If you want a slow 90-minute boat ride in a pontoon boat, you’ll be very happy. If you have any higher expectations, you’ll be very disappointed.
