In an effort to reduce the amount of single-use plastic that ends up in our oceans, we recommend bringing a reusable water bottle. We have water coolers in our shop and on our boats for your convenience! We also have a cooler stocked with ice, so feel free to bring any other snacks or drinks.

The tour was good however only saw 1 shark. The guide kept up a nonstop spiel and didn’t allow much interaction which was one of the reasons we booked a small tour. Viator dropped the ball on this one. The booking went through to the tour company however the acknowledgment we received had no name or address of the company and the link to the ticket was broken. Had to do serious sleuthing to figure out where to get the tour. Not good Viator!!!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Seeing wild animals is always a hit or miss, but that's amazing that you got to see a shark! We will certainly address your concerns with our captain, and we will also investigate what is going on with Viator. You should definitely have received a proper confirmation!

Henry was our guide, and he was AMAZING!! So knowledgeable about the area, super friendly and easy to talk to, and he found us a manatee!!

Captain Chris was a delight. We enjoyed his "chat". He made it fun. Nice to be out on the water. A very enjoyable hour and a half.
