Myself and my wife had a reservation for the winter tour of the Grand Canyon, South rim for the 29th of January. We were contacted by the director of Grand Adventures informing that the minimum number of people (4) for the tour had not been reached and due to this problem suggested a change in the schedule with some alternatives, as long as we agreed. One of them would be the change from the 29th to the 30th of January. I told mr. Darryl that it would not be possible to change because we had already bought tickets to the Cirque du Soleil show for the night of January 30, which would make the proposed exchange unfeasible. Immediately Mr. Darryl undertook to buy new tickets for the show for the night of the 29th, making the tour exchange possible. We accepted promptly and the agency paid for the tickets (in great places). On the 30th we were picked up by the driver and guide (very professional in both roles), Kevin and along with two other couples, we did a perfect, wonderful tour visiting the southern edge of the Grand Canyon. The tour included stops at Hoover Dam and Route 66. At the beginning of the tour, we stopped at Mac Donald's where we had breakfast (free and unlimited choice) and later, at the Grand Canyon, we had a hearty, lunch (also included in the price). We stayed until the sunset with a total duration of 15 hours of tour. Fantastic. Super-honest company, excellent guide and great transportation. Highly recommended and for sure the best value for money for "small groups" tours.

Our tour guide, Alfonso, was absolutely fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and actively tried to make sure everyone was having a great time. We looked at many other tours available to the Grand Canyon before booking with Grand Adventures (Grand Canyon Sunset Tour-Winter), but we are so glad we choose them! We highly recommend them as they are well worth the price! I would also like to point out that even though only 3 people in total were booked for our tour that day, the company still provided the tour because they wanted us to be able to see the canyon. I definitely don’t think every company would care enough about their customers to do this. The scheduled stops made the long drive from Las Vegas to to Grand Canyon manageable. The van was clean and spacious. We had a nice lunch overlooking the incredible view of the canyon. Alfonso also helped us take photos to remember our time spent at the canyon. We had such a memorable experience -definitely the highlight of our trip to Las Vegas!

On January 5th, I took my 12 y.o. daughter on the Sunset trip. Cruz was our tour guide and always upbeat, ready to answer questions, and offer tips. The trip in the van was comfortable. It is a long day, but worth it in light of the brief stops in Seligman, AZ and the Hoover Dam. Having breakfast and lunch with others allowed us to get to know others as well. Nice not to have a big tour bus, but a day to remember.
