I wish I could say we had a good experience but we never got our tour. We received an email the night before out tour to tell us their bus broke down in Key West. We were asked to change our tour from a Saturday to Sunday. The email stated that if we couldn’t they would issue us a refund. We had a flight to catch on Sunday & the change of date was impossible & I sent an email reply right out for the refund request. I have yet to hear back or get a refund from this company. They don’t answer any phone numbers I have found & called. I’ve sent out more than a couple emails with no response. The tour was scheduled for April 20th & it is May 17th without any contact or refund of our money.

Great tour. Our guide, Hagen, was wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable about the history of South beach and Miami city. Took us to many different locations. Financial district, Stars Island, the wealthy part of town and not so wealthy and many other spots. Had a great time. Tony

Excellent small group tour. Our guide Benjamin managed a dual language tour (English and German) smoothly. Great way to get a picture of the city and surrounding area.
