We drove the magnificent Road to Hana with Gayle and it was the highlight of our trip to the islands. It was great to sit back and let Gayle handle the twists and turns, while sharing her knowledge of the geography, history, plants and flowers of the area. She gave us plenty of time at every stop to enjoy the beaches, waterfalls and beautiful vistas. She took great pictures of us (and others) at the black sand beach (plus anywhere else we wanted) and made it a very fun day. We had planned to drive the road ourselves, but we are glad we let Gayle do the driving.

We had Gary for our guide. He was I’m very informed & told us about all the plants, trees and flowers we saw. He made lots of stops for us to take pictures.

A truly memorable experience. There is so much to learn and see, I don't think it would be possible to prepare for this trip on my own. Also, the road is treacherous and requires more than your full attention, leaving little opportunity for observing the sights. Wayne was an excellent guide; helpful, courteous and very knowledgable. This tour is certainly worth the price.
