Our San Francisco City Tour was terrific! The lady driver who drove the van was extremely knowledgeable and confident in her driving skills! We felt well informed and safe. There were 9 of us in the van. The four stops were great too and gave us all an opportunity to take pictures. She also offered to take pictures of us in which we took her up on. In my opinion, the tour gave you an overlook of many of the wonderful sites of San Francisco so you could pick the one or ones you wanted to explore further.

The tour guide was delightful and knowledgable and handled some nasty guests with a lot of confidence and empathy even though they did not deserve it or appreciate her empathy
