Our tour to Chena Hot Springs with Tony was nothing short of amazing! From start to finish, Tony was friendly, personable, and professional. He picked us up from our hotel right on time and made us feel welcome right away. The experience began with a visit to the incredible ice museum, where we sipped Appletinis from ice “glasses” and took part in the fun tradition of whispering a wish before smashing them outside. Afterward, we enjoyed a meal at the restaurant, though it wasn’t a highlight of the trip. Next, we soaked in the rejuvenating hot springs, a truly relaxing experience. Tony was incredibly thoughtful, making sure we had bottled water to stay hydrated afterward. But the most magical moment of the evening was still to come—Tony drove us to a remote location where we were treated to a breathtaking display of the aurora. The northern lights danced across the sky, leaving us in absolute awe. Tony’s warmth and hospitality made this tour even more special. By the end of the night, we felt like we had made a new friend. If you’re looking for an unforgettable experience at Chena Hot Springs, we highly recommend taking this tour with Tony!

I thought about driving to Chena Hot Springs but was advised by several people at our hotel to avoid driving and to find a tour or driver. I booked this tour and I am thrilled to say I’m glad I listened to others. Our guide Tony was beyond awesome. He was personable and knowledgeable with a wonderful sense of humor and really patient. It was like a private tour because it was just the 3 of us. We toured the ice museum, had dinner, took a dip in the hot springs then went Aurora searching. Sadly the conditions didn’t make for a good Aurora viewing night. Tony never once rushed us to head back. Our drive went smoothly considering the roads were icy, dark and I felt treacherous especially as each car that passed would kick up plumes of snow creating a white out. Tony was calm and got us to and from safely. This tour was exactly what I wanted to do with a great guide and zero stress.
