Blanco was a wonderful tour guide and the only reason I couldn’t do a 5 is because I have such high standards after visiting Savannah. Blanco was funny, had good stories based on fact and some evidence to show at a couple locations (which is always my favorite aspect on ghost tours). His pirate costume was fun, but I appreciate that he didn’t do a “character act” through the tour like some of the other tours I’ve been on here. I loved that the focus was on the ghost tour/history/etc vs a theatrical performance. I definitely recommend this tour over the Sheriff’s Ghost Tour or the Secrets of St Augustine, which are the other walking tours I’ve been on previously. If you get the chance to do the Lighthouse after dark experience I highly recommend that, but they don’t go over any of the downtown history and stories like this tour does. Thank you, Blanco, you were an awesome privateer!

Honestly, do a different ghost tour. There are better locations that I wish I knew of at the time. They do an after hour ghost tour at the lighthouse which is apparently awesome. I forgot the name of our tour guide. That’s how boring he was. He told stories that sounded so fake and I wasn’t impressed at all. It’s a 90 minute tour and I walked off after 30 mins. I was bummed but it’s my fault because I didn’t do my research.

Excellent mix of history, ghost stories and spooky facts. Our Pirate guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining. We liked it so much we almost did the tour again the next night!
