This was the most disappointing of the week's events during my 14 yo grandson's visit to NYC. We paid the additional fee for the sunset view, and arrived on time. The line was disorganized and the hosts seemed harried. We were told to come back in 20 minutes, which we did. Then there is an amusement-park like quality to the rest of the experience, including a snake-like line that takes forever just to reach the elevators. During this process, there are two "photo-ops" that promise to provide expensive photos to purchase at the end. The place was crowded and again, felt disorganized. The technical-immersion experiences are 1/2 baked...and, again, another line for another expensive photo-op on the "glass ledge". Recommend Mercer labs for the technical experience, One World for the views, The Edge for the Glass floor viewing experience. Avoid this....it is for tourists who do not know better.
