The entrance of SUMMIT One Vanderbilt is located on the Main Concourse Level of Manhattan’s Grand Central Terminal, inside Vanderbilt Passage.

All SUMMIT tickets are timed. You MUST arrive at your scheduled time, which is indicated on your ticket. SUMMIT operates at full capacity. You might not be able to get in if arriving more than 20 minutes after the time indicated on your ticket.

Any late arrival is subject to availability and a rescheduling fee

Dress appropriately to avoid unwanted exposure on glass and mirrored floors. We recommend wearing pants, shorts or tights when possible.
Wear comfortable shoes. Stiletto heels, steel toe boots, sports cleats and other footwear that can damage mirrored flooring are not permitted.
Outside food and beverage, smoking or e-cigarettes, large packages, suitcases, or weapons of any kind will not be permitted beyond the security checkpoint.
There is no storage for person items. Large bags, large backpacks and luggage are not permitted.

Sadly we went on a cloudy day and had no view. The experience was very fun and imaginative. I would recommend this but on a sunny day.

We didn't buy tickets before and had to buy tickets in the machine which dont take cash so be aware of this before you go and it was being fussy with our card but we got there in the end with it all. You put some shoe covers on and off you go, there is 3 floors and once you go up one you can't go back down. If was all quite the same with mirrored floors. I did feel the Mirror ball room was a little disappointing due to the sheer volume of people that stay in there for so long, it was pretty hard to get a nice picture in there. My favourite part was the glass floor, you get 30 seconds to take selfies in there and have to queue for it but is say it's worth it. You will get some absolutely brilliant photos of the skyline.

Views were phenomenal- truly an architectural masterpiece. An amazing experience with one of a kind views of Manhattan and beyond.
