I booked a flight for my husband's birthday, and it was a great experience. The pilot and crew were very friendly and professional. They never rushed through their prep (checking the weather, inflating the balloon, etc.), and our pilot was in constant contact with the ground crew, so we felt totally safe. They also were very patient and willing to make it a memorable experience by helping us take photos before and after the flight, and recognizing whatever special events the passengers were celebrating. And although we were coached on how to brace for the landing, it was so smooth and soft we almost didn't feel it. Our pilot Matt and his ground crew did an awesome job. The continental breakfast and complimentary bottle of wine (and birthday cake!) afterward was the perfect end to a perfect experience. I would definitely recommend this company.

We decided to go on a hot air balloon ride , we went with another couple . It was an awesome experience. When we called to reserve it was simple , easy and they were very friendly and courteous . No hidden fees , they came to pick us up from our resort right on time . The pilot , bill , was so nice and knowledgeable and friendly , he made the whole experience wonderful . We had a delicious breakfast after and champagne. I definitely recommend this company. Thanks for a wonderful experience the whole crew were awesome!!

Wow, what an adventure and such incredible photos!!! I hate heights but have always wanted to do a hot air balloon ride. I decided to go for it and booked a balloon ride and man am I glad I did!! What an amazing time. Our pilot (Bob maybe???) was not one of their regulars he told us but he was amazing none the less. The ride was unbelievably calm, smooth, and relaxing. Truly one of the highlights of my life and something I can't wait to do again! After the ride, we went back to the owners vineyard for a free snack, drinks, and a bottle of wine for later in the day. This trip is a must do for anyone who has ever even considered going up in a balloon! There was NO wind, turbulence, or fear!
