Another check off my "bucket list" - a hot air balloon ride with California Dream'n. It was fabulous and everything I imagined it would be. The staff and crew were so accommodating from the beginning to the end. What a wonderful way to end the flight with a surprise beautiful continental breakfast. I highly recommend them and will tell everyone to use them. I know I will again.

I booked this sunrise tour to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. We ended up missing the sunrise due to a slow setup and take off. The pilot wasn’t explaining much... The landing wasn’t plan out and we ended up landing hillside. If I have to do it again, I might consider sunset tour instead of sunrise.

Vinh - thank you for celebrating your girlfriend's birthday with us! Safety is our #1 priority for every flight. Setting up the hot air balloon does take 20-30 minutes and is a careful process that ensures a successful flight. On certain days the pilot has to focus more on flying than talking due to specific wind conditions. We do our best to land in the most optimal spot but we do have to work with mother nature as best we can. We never ensure the balloon will be up in the air before the sun rises, but rather that you will enjoy your hot air balloon flight surrounded by the beautifuul morning sky and stable winds that the early morning offers. I took my best friend for her birthday! The hosts welcomed us and made us feel as special as the day was. The crew was efficient yet willing to stop and take pictures for us. The actual ride was nothing short of amazing- the pilots are experienced and knowledgeable about the area. The breakfast was wonderful and the surprise birthday cake was literally icing on the cake! I highly recommend and we will go back!
