We had a blast! We were there for my sister's wedding and took two balloons worth of people up for the sunrise trip. The guys were great and even lifted my 84 year old Grammie in and out of the basket because she couldn't climb. Brunch and mimosas afterward were the perfect touch.

We were given our California Dreamin' Experience through a honeymoon gift registry for our RV tour around California. It was one of the first stops on our trip and one of my favourites. A serious bucket list item. We scrambled out of our RV while it was still dark and assembled with the other balloon passengers on their patio. They divided us up into our groups, we were 12 and our pilot (I think) and off we went. A short drive to the launch site while the team checked the weather/wind etc and then they set out and started to inflate our balloon. I felt totally safe and confident in the team the whole time, our balloon pilot had years of experience under his belt having been flying since the tender age of 14. The view was spectacular, the sun coming up over the hills, so peaceful just drifting with the wind. Great fun watching the other balloons around the valley launching too and made for some beautiful photos. Everything was taken care of flawlessly - they took photos of all the couples once we landed and then we headed back for a delicious breakfast with fresh fruit, bagels and condiments, mimosas. The sun was shining, the setting at the vineyard is beautiful and everyone was chatting and getting to know one another. We celebrated the birthdays with a cake and they handed out tastings for some of their own wines. They also gifted us a bottle to celebrate our honeymoon. So many little touches, I literally couldn't fault the experience.

Great experience! I used the engagement package of the Del Mar tour to propose to my fiancée with the Pacific sunset in the background. Everyone was incredibly helpful, especially with helping me conceal / change details to keep everything a surprise! The balloon pilot was super helpful with setting up a GoPro and taking photos to celebrate our special moment. And, of course, beautiful serene scenery. Definitely worth it!
