We had a great small group tour with Jody, who despite the rain forged ahead and brought us to some great spots just outside of Anchorage. Despite no animals being seen (and Jody tried hard to find them), we got a chance to do long exposures (my favorite) and see some incredible places, like Potters Marsh. Great expertise shared, she had spare tripods and other gear for people who needed them, even had snacks for our evening tour. Highly recommended, even if you are not so into photography, the places she will take are you breathtaking!

The tour was good, the driver was very informative of the surrounding area. She was very helpful in helping me take pictures. I learned a lot of future use. The weather did now cooperate, kind of rainy. Also hardly any wildlife. Did see a few whales.

Jody is an excellent photo tour guide. She is very knowledgeable about the history, ecology, and wildlife of Alaska and Anchorage. We are serious amateur photographers and were impressed with her knowledge about photography as well as her ability to assist less skilled photographers on the tour. The sites she chose were excellent. Anyone could get a photography that would wow the friends back home using any camera. Jody is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. If you want to see the best of Anchorage, this is a must.
