Arrived in Tampa and received a text from TripAdvisor that the tour was canceled due to weather. But the weather was sunny and calm???. TripAdvisor says that I will receive a refund in 5 to 7 days.

he reason that your tour was cancelled was we had dangerous weather approaching. At the departure time winds were over 20 mph . The USCG issued a small craft warning. We are not allowed to operate when that is issued You safety is our first mission. I am sorry you were disappointed. The supplier of your tickets were told it was a weather issue.

Very pleasant 90 minutes touring the river and Bay around the Florida Aquarium. Decent narration. The guide was willing to tell us information, but wanted us to ask. I asked and he would say, "not now", or just didn't hear me. Anyhow, I think a tour guide should give a tour, not be quiet and wait for questions. Otherwise, an all around OK experience. Would recommend, but sit in front of the guide so you can ask questions and get answers!
