My friend and I booked the tandem paragliding about a week prior to our trip. Our trip was scheduled for 10am on September 12th. Around 8:45 the morning of the experience. We received a text message from the instructor that was beyond rude. We had no idea who the person was until multiple text later when he said who he was and treated us so poorly. Long story short. Neither one of felt comfortable enough to go on the tour. We ended up talking to him on the phone and he was just as rude and blamed his rudeness on a party who the week before didn’t show up. Zero to do with us. Nonetheless I would not recommend this company to anyone. The service was terrible both on text and their customer service.

The Smart lady seem to have issues with her Smart phone and decided not to fly after not responding to my one day ahead messages. That makes me a bad businessman. Oh well. She missed some great flights

Misti seems to be an expert in the field. If so, I recommend you find a mountain and learn how to fly by yourself. You will then find out that we can not control the weather and also the time of day you fly will make a big difference in the quality of the flight. Plus if you are overweight you often get a shorter flight.

Had a little rough communication at the start. And the local brush fire didn't help. But eventually we connected and I got to take flight! I could loose the take off and landing, but the flight itself was amazing!

Very strange review and to be honest I do not see anything relevant that can help someone decide if they want to Paraglide or not. Anyway, Paragliding in Malibu with me is an amazing experience as I have over 34 years of experience now and I never stopped learning but I can not control how people behave during take off and landing, even after explaining it on my website and before and during the flight. I still enjoy helping people discover this amazing French sport!
