Bilet wstępu do Amerykańskiego Muzeum Prohibicji

Przegląd
The American Prohibition Museum, located in Savannah's City Market, is the first and only museum in the United States dedicated to the history of Prohibition. While here, self-guided guests will travel back in time to the early 1900s, as anti-alcohol rallies swept the nation and the “booze problem” was pushed to the forefront of American politics. The true story of America’s struggle with the liquor question, the passing of the 18th Amendment, its impact on the nation, and the far-reaching consequences of the 13 years of Prohibition all come to life within the walls of the American Prohibition Museum.

We had the pleasure of experiencing a phenomenal tour at the Prohibition Museum yesterday, led by an outstanding young guide named Elijah. His presentation was polished, engaging, and packed with fascinating information. He spoke with humor and fluency, making the tour both educational and highly enjoyable. Hats off to the American Prohibition Museum for being such a unique place to take our out-of-town guests, and to Elijah for doing such a stellar job as our tour guide!

The place was very overcrowded, they tried to put 10 pounds of potatoes in a 5 pound pail. This really made us feel rushed and unable to see & read all the exhibits. Also I don’t understand why after purchasing a ticket you still have to stand in the line of other people buying tickets, didn’t make a lot of sense to me.
