OK, we all know to be mindfull of our belongings and surroundings in Vegas... But my phone (which seemed to be pretty secured) dropped from the roller coaster. I immediately reported it as lost and was told only employees could access the areas under the roller coaster, and that I should check in later. I logged in from my iPad back at the hotel and registered it as lost and used Find My Phone to locate it. A couple hours later I got the notification that it had been found. Then I watched it leave and move to a residential address about 30 minutes away. I called the lost and found again to tell them what happened and the guy who answered tried to assure me it would be turned in, until I told him I knew where it was. He hung up on me and when I called back, there was a new person. To shorten the rest of the story, I got sent around in circles by the staff who never helped me locate it. I just wanted someone to call the people who were on the maintenance crew last night and have them bring it back. Now my credit card, driver's license, hotel key and cash are gone (+phone). Not at all impressed with the level of customer service. I highly recommend you spend your time here with extreme caution and distrust. May you have better luck in Vegas ✌🏼️

Side note, the coaster was a little fun but very jarring. Soooo not worth the price. If you have any neck issues, don't do it.
