Non swimmers were promised enough help to get comfortable in water. Aaron was not interested in helping non swimmer group and stayed in water only for the first 15 minutes when he tried helping non swimmers stay afloat holding a large mat. No better equipment beyond vest provided for non swimmer . Do. not choose this tour if you are a non swimmer. Kids who were swimmers enjoyed the experience but non swimmers were stuck 10 ft from the boat with a large floatation mat.

Safety and comfort are our top priorities, and we provide flotation vests and a large mat to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to enjoy the water at their own pace. The tour took us to an area with so many other boats and snorkelers that we kept getting kicked from others and the waves from the boats moving around were so choppy that it made the visibility under the water undesirable. Very disappointing, I thought we would have seen more fish/turtles etc.

Aloha and thank you for the review! We’re sorry that you did not enjoy the experience because of the crowds. Turtle Canyons is a very popular spot where all of the snorkel boats go to on the south shore, except our deluxe snorkel and wildlife cruise. We highly suggest this trip if you want to avoid the crowds at turtle canyons as it visits a different reef. Turtles are not guaranteed at this other reef, but it is great for snorkeling and we do still see turtles frequently.
