It was a smooth and wonderful experience. I wish we got there earlier to enjoy the garden and grounds. Unfortunately the 9 line zip was not available that day and we were disappointed that the 4 line zip only lasted 30 min when it was supposed to be 1 hour. Maybe it worked in our favor for the end of the day with a 6 year old and grandparent in preparation for a long drive home. This zip was great for young kids! The zip was not super fast. They do all the work with stopping the zip at the end. It was totally safe. My daughter was not heavy enough and got stuck a couple times but she didn’t mind hanging out and enjoying the view. She even tried hanging upside down They quickly helped bring her to the end of the line and she was fine. The place was so clean and well organized. Food and drinks on site is nice.

The 4 line tour was a blast! Wish we could have done more! The scenery was beautiful and the guides were professional and fun.

We loved this so much 5 years ago, we had to come back and do it again! Avery, Mai Tai, Makai and Cloe were the best. Seriously , this is one of the most fun things to do in Hawaii.
