We originally were booked for the 9 zipline but due to some scheduling issues, we had to switch to the 4 zip instead. It was an incredible experience! The staff was knowledgeable and fun and the scenery was spectacular! Would definitely recommend fitting this into your trip!

Sydney was an amazing host! Avery, Kaesen, & Maika'i were great help! The lines were fast and fun! It was the kids' first experience (6&8) and the staff was good at making them feel comfortable and adventurous! The property was gorgeous and the Umauma Falls were very lovely! An unexpected highlight was tastes of the fresh fruit, little bananas, ice cream fruit, and especially the guava, which brought me back to childhood. Mahalo for a great day and memories on our first trip to Hawaii!

We visited this attraction in 2010 on our honeymoon. but, since then, the name has changed and it has really improved. Most recently, we came here in July 2022 to do some zip lining with our kids. it was so much fun. The staff was incredibly helpful. One of my children has special needs and an employee by the name of “Hog” went above and beyond to connect with my daughter and make sure that she had the safest and most fun experience. My daughter was very nervous once she got up on the platform to do the first zip line. but, Hog was incredibly reassuring and kind. My daughter ended up doing the zip line and had a blast. It was an unforgettable experience. We look forward to coming back. <3
