This was an absolutely horrible experience and Universal should be embarrassed.
Firstly, we have been here several times before without much if an issue.
Today was another story. Firstly, we are still in a pandemic and they let WAY too many people into the park, it was unreal. You couldn't buy a drink or food, the lines were up to an hour, not exactly safe when it's hot outside, one of my party ended up sick and we saw the paramedics dealing with other people who were also sick, this is not acceptable. Lines for the rides were WAY over an hour, the transformers said 70 minutes, we walked out after 85 and were nowhere near the end of the line. They said they were having issues, really you had TWO YEARS to ensure these machines were completely fixed during this pandemic and did nothing. The Simpsons ride, closed for refurbishment, I don't think so - during spring break when people are paying premium for their tickets ? Unbelievable and again PLENTY of time to have refurbished this ride in the past two years and yet nothing was done. Parking at current rates, is completely outrageous. In case management hasn't figured this out, people are suffering, Comcast IS NOT and prices SHOULD NOT be going up as we are ending a pandemic with so many suffering. We couldn't find paper maps, and if you don't have a phone how do you see the property layout ? Once again, stupidity.
After spending 7 hours plus here, we were able to do 3 RIDES, 3 RIDES for over three hundred dollars is unacceptable. Overall absolutely disgraceful. I would suggest major changes come very soon. If this ever happened again, I would demand a refund right away from guest services.
